30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a refund within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered. Opened products may be considered under this guarantee. Please keep the product, its packaging, and your proof of purchase until we confirm whether a return is required.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@gristlegain.com with your name, order number, product name, delivery date, and a brief explanation of your request. We will review the request and send any return instructions.
Eligibility
- The product must have been purchased directly from Gristle Gain.
- The request must be received within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- If we request a return, the product and original packaging must be sent to the address provided in our instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Include the order number and clear photos when available. Approved replacement or return shipping for an error on our part will be covered by Gristle Gain.
Refund Processing
